M.I.C undertakers boss Tunji Okusanya and son die in Lagos plane crash

It has been confirmed that M.I.C Undertakers boss Tunji Okusanya and his son Tunji Okusanya Jr. lost their lives yesterday night
(October 3, 2013) at Lagos State University Teaching Hospital (LASUTH) after suffering injuries sustained from the Lagos Cargo plane crash which happened the same day.
The Okusanya’s were on board the Cargo plane flight which was carrying the corpse of the late
former Ondo State Governor Olusegun Agagu to Akure for a lying-In-State and funeral.
Actress Eniola Badmus (who is Okusanya’s niece) confirmed the news after rumours and speculation arose following the crash. Senator Adeleke Olurunnimbe Mamora is also
reported to have confirmed the news.
The Okusanya-led M.I.C Undertakers are one of the biggest funeral service companies in Nigeria and have provided services for some of the biggest names in the country as well as a number of celebrities including Psquare for
their mother Josephine Okoye’s funeral (August 2012), Goldie’s funeral (February 2013).
