Chris Brown has been arrested and
charged with a felony assault, according to multiple reports.
The Pop singer was picked up along with his bodyguard Christopher Hollosy on Sunday, October 27, 2013 by the Washington Metropolitan Police. The pair were allegedly involved in an altercation with another man outside the W Hotel, police say.
Both men have been taken into custody and are being held at the 2nd district police station.
CB, 24, is currently on probation in
California for a felony domestic violence conviction which involved his former girlfriend Rihanna. If CB was to be arrested again it would result in jail time due to a violation of probation.
He is scheduled to appear before Los Angeles County Superior Court Judge James Brandlin on November 20 for a probation
status hearing.
The Pop singer has been involved in several altercations most notably with rapper Drake and Frank Ocean. He had however been lucky not to get indicted.
